Cilantro Lime Crab Cake Sauce

Cilantro lime crab cake sauce is a mix of matonnaise, cilantro, lime juice and lime zest.
Ingredients -
 
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon finely chopped Cilantro
1/2 teaspoon finely grated Lime Zest
1 tablespoon Fresh Lime Juice
 
Preparation:
 

1. In a small serving bowl, combine mayonnaise, cilantro, lime zest and juice.

2. Chill until ready to serve.

Lime Zest
The grated zest from the peel of the lime contain rich and highly flavored oils. Use a zester to zest the lime, avoiding the white part of the peel as this section of the lime is quite bitter.
