Cooking Tip

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
To make a smoother sauce, add 2 more tablespoons of olive oil and using a hand mixer, blend the sauce to a more smooth consistency.

Cooking Tip

Red and Jalapeno Chilies
Be careful handling the chili peppers as the oils can brun the skin and eyes. Omit some of the chilies for less heat in your crab cake sauce. Leave the seeds in for a slightly hotter crab cake sauce
