Crab Cake Recipe

Crab cakes made with the finest crabmeat, seasoned breadcrumbs, real mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, fresh parsley, large eggs, sea salt, white pepper, Worcestershire sauce, white onion, and green bell pepper.
Ingredients -
 
1 pound High-Quality Crabmeat, shecked for shell fragments
1/2 cup Seasoned Breadcrumbs
1/4 cup Real Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
2 tablespoons Fresh or Dried Parsley
2 Large Eggs
1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
pinch of White Pepper
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 tablespoon Green Bell Pepper
1 tablespoon minced White Onion
 
Preparation:
 

1. Mix crabmeat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, mustard, parsley, eggs, salt, pepper, Worcestershire, bell pepper, and white onion in medium mixing bowl.

2. Shape crab cake mixture into equal size crab cakes.

3. Melt butter in skillet over medium high heat.

4. Brown crab cakes approximately 4 minutes per side.
