1. In bowl, combine first five ingredients
2. Add crabmeat, egg and 1/3-cup breadcrumbs.
3. Make 4 equal size crab cakes.
4. Dust cakes with remaining breadcrumbs, and remove excess.
5. In medium saute pan, heat oil over medium heat.
6. Add crab cakes gently to hot oil and saute 3 minutes on each side.
