Tarter Sauce
Quick tartar sauce for use with crab cakes.
Preparation:
1. Combine 1/2 cup chopped green onion, 1/2 cup chopped dill pickle, 1 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper in small serving bowl.
2. Mix well.
Variations and Recipe Ideas:
Serve with lemon wedges.
